George Orwell once said, "Each generation imagines itself to be more intelligent than the one that went before it, and wiser than the one that comes after it." I think we all would agree!

But...is it true? Are we more intelligent or wiser?

This workshop is intended to help those who struggle with understanding those "other" generations. It is designed to help each of us, no matter what generation we come from, to communicate more effectively with those generations we struggle with.

The workshop will cover such topics as:

  • Why each generation is the way it is
  • What is important to each generation
  • What is the most effective way to communicate with and to each generation
  • What can we do, as leaders, to use each generation's skill set to help our organization be more effective
No matter what generation you are, this workshop will be eye opening and provide you new skills to work with others more effectively.
